The Crockpot Files: Creamy Crockpot Chicken

Crockpot Chicken

Pin It

As you know if you’ve spent 5 minutes on this site, I love crockpot recipes. It’s a poor woman’s excuse for a private cook. And no matter how long I spend preparing the ingredients, I still feel like I’ve saved oodles of time in the end.

What’s not to love?

My family has enjoyed this recipe for years. We enjoyed it again last night.

  • 4 chicken breast halves, cut up into chunks (uncooked)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup

  • Put all of the above ingredients into the crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Serve over crescent rolls, rice, or noodles.
  • {Optional: sprinkle with paprika and parsley.}

Does it get easier than that?

Feel free to check out some of my other crockpot recipes. And as always, feel free to share your own.
